Enrolment Process

How to Enrol

Please note: All enrolments are made on the understanding that the student and parents support the ethos and philosophy of the academy, and consequently uphold its practices and policies. Admission is subject to approval following the process below.

Complete the Enrolment Application Form
Contact us to obtain the official enrolment application form. Fill it out completely with your child's details and parent/guardian information.

Submit Documents & Application Fee
Submit the completed form along with all required supporting documents (listed below). An application fee is payable at this stage. Note: The application fee is non-refundable.

Entrance Assessment
Students are required to sit for an entrance assessment in English, Mathematics, and Science. This helps us understand your child's academic level and place them appropriately.

Interview with Academy Leadership
Attend an interview with the Head of Academy and Principal. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and for us to get to know your family personally.

Offer Letter & Welcome!
Successful applicants will receive a Letter of Offer with details of the acceptance fee, which secures your child's place at KLCA. Upon payment of Registration, Security Deposit, and School Fees — your child's journey begins! Note: The acceptance fee is non-refundable.

Is KL Cornerstone Academy open to all students? +
Yes! We welcome students from all backgrounds who are seeking a faith-based, holistic education. We welcome all families who appreciate and respect our faith-based values.
What age groups does KLCA cater to? +
We cater to Preparatory (Age 6) through Senior Years (Grades 10–11). Our Senior students are prepared for IGCSE examinations. Please contact us for specific year group availability.
What makes KLCA different from a regular school? +
KLCA is a faith-based homeschool centre where we focus on whole-person development — spiritual, academic, social, and physical — in a warm, family-like environment. Our plant-based cafeteria and substance-free campus reflect our commitment to healthy, wholesome living.
What exam system do Senior students follow? +
Grades 10–11 students are prepared for IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) examinations, with subjects including English, Mathematics, Sciences, and Commerce streams.
How do I schedule a centre visit? +
Simply call us at 012-429 1877, WhatsApp us, or use the enquiry form above. We'll arrange a convenient time for a centre tour and counselling session, where you can meet our team, ask questions, and see the facilities firsthand.
What is the entrance assessment? +
All applicants are required to sit for an entrance assessment in English, Mathematics, and Science. This helps us understand your child's academic level and ensure they are placed in the right class. The assessment is conducted at our campus — contact us to schedule a date.
Is Mandarin offered? +
Yes! Mandarin is available as an optional subject across all academic levels, from Preparatory through Senior Years.
What are the fees and tuition? +
The enrolment process involves an application fee (non-refundable) and, upon acceptance, an acceptance fee (non-refundable) to secure your child's place. Parents then proceed with payment of Registration, Security Deposit, and School Fees. Fees vary by academic level — please contact us at 012-429 1877 or via WhatsApp for the latest fee schedule. Does KLCA provide meals? +
Yes, we have a plant-based cafeteria that serves healthy, plant-based meals in line with our faith values and health principles. This promotes a wholesome, healthy lifestyle for all students.
